Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is just to the right of the front door. It has a King size bed and a 50 inch TV across from the bed and easy access to the upper deck. It is accompanied by a full bathroom.
Bedroom 1
The first guest bedroom is connected to the main family room along with the bunk room, the restroom, and the second guest bedroom. It has easy access to the lower deck leading down to the dock.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is also connected to the main family room. It comes with a memory foam topper for maximum comfort at night. It also has easy access to the lower deck leading down to the dock. It also has its own in suite bathroom with shower.
Loft Bedroom
he loft bedroom takes up the entirety of the top floor. This cozy secluded bedroom, can make for a very relaxing residence during your stay.
Bunk room
The bunk room is perfect for any children or grandchildren accompanying you on your visit. The bunk bed is great for kids are teenagers.
Garage Bedroom
The garage bedroom has a king sized loft bed and a full size bed under it. This room also has a ping pong table, foosball table, two standing arcade machines and a sofa with a 60 inch television.
The Kitchen
The kitchen comes with full appliances. It also comes with full silverware and dishware. With everything you need to make a home-cooked meal or heat up a frozen pizza, this kitchen will fulfill all your needs.
Dining Room
This dining room table can seat up to12 people. It’s perfect for large family gatherings and small groups.
Family Room
The family room comes with everything needed for a comfy movie night with your family. It comes with a couch than can accommodate for everybody in family and 65 inch 4k TV. There is also and round game table perfect for a late night game of cards.
Living Room
The living room is arguably the coziest spot in the house. With a comfy leather couch and 2 large chairs surrounding the fireplace, there is no better spot to curl up with a book for some uninterrupted reading time.
Screened in Patio
The screened in porch is the best way to enjoy the wonderful weather without having to worry about rain or bugs. This room comes with 2 love seat couches and some seating for watching TV or having family talks.
