Blackstone Grilling

Here are some tips for using the blackstone Griddle during your stay.

1. Turn on propane and start the grill

2. Start on low heat and work your way up

3. Put oil down on the grill before grilling

4. Pre-season before putting food on the grill

5. Feel free to use pots and pans on grill, all accessories for grilling should be with the grill.

6. Clean up grill each time afer use

   1. Heat up griddle

   2. Scrape with angle scrapper into back grease pan

   3. Add water and scrape once more.

   4. Empty grease pan

   5. Turn off griddle and propane gas

   6. Clean up accessories used and return to grill
